 Reagen Radke
Softball Skills Instructor
Reagen graduated from Grayslake Central High School in 2017 as a decorated athlete, earning All-Conference, All-Area, All-State honors, and Athlete of the Year. She continued her athletic career in college, where she achieved numerous accolades, including All-Conference recognition, Newcomer of the Year, Academic All-American, and finished as Runner-Up for the NAIA World Series.
After her collegiate career, Reagen served as the pitching coach at Indiana Wesleyan University before being recruited to play softball internationally. During her international career, she held every pitching record in Belgium, led the country in home runs, and became a European Cup Gold Medalist. In addition to her playing success, Reagen was the pitching coach for the Belgian National Team and has extensive experience coaching athletes of all ages and skill levels. Her expertise lies in performance psychology, where she empowers athletes to excel both emotionally and physically. In 2024, Reagen was inducted into the Grayslake Central Hall of Fame for her successful athletic and coaching career.
