Slammers Refund
Policy

All Slammers online purchases are made to pick up, as drop
shipping is unavailable. Private and Group Training Sessions are non-refundable
as well as tryout fees for annual Slammers Teams. Exchanges on customized
apparel made personalized are not allowed, please contact
[email protected] to specify terms on certain programs, camps and
clinics for full details.

Players withdrawing from training camps, clinics or programs
prior to the commencement day will be eligible for a refund, as well as weather
related cancellations which will handled on an individual basis. There are no
make-up sessions for any absences incurred for a program registration in full.

Approved refunds are handled by customer preference, either
a full or pro-rated refund of the full amount as a credit on profile, which can
be accessed without expiration or limitations on supplementary purchases within
the business model of Slammers, LLC. Refunds posted back to purchasing credit
card will require a 5% transaction fee, and must be completed within 30 days of
the transaction, which can be nullified with the posted credit to profile
instead of processing the refund to your account.
